Struction and descriptions
Mainly structured of Loading and uncloading sections , HL Cooling System, Convey Unit,Body, Hot Blast Air Generating and Circulating Systems, Electric Control System and so on. It is specially designed for Geomet coating ( and suitable for any other brands zinc flake coating , no matter water-base or solvent-base paint ). High-automaticly controlled with the speed of mesh-blet regulated, it can fully satisfy all curing processes.
Here the loading platform and convey unit is designed. In order to have smoth coating layer, the suitable distance of levelling is considered.

Cooling system :
The function of HL Cooling System ,made up with Cooling Cell,Supplying and exhausting fans and air duct, is to enforce cooling the parts cured. High outer rotor centrifugal fan is adopted. And the thermal insulation is set up at the exit and entrance of the cell.
The drive chain (40Mn) , φ27㎜ seamless steel up-hold tube3, stainless steel mesh-belt ( fit for M6) ,reduction box , tension device, drive sprockets, drive shaft and track .
Here the body contains Wet-bleeding system and Hot Blast Air Generating and Circulating Systems, and including :
The Body contains Pre-heating and curing two sections. Pre-heating mainly gets rid of the wet in low tempreture and curing section solidifys the coating layer in high tempreture. All the tempretures in these two sections can be regulated and controled. 180mm thickness aluminium silicate is filled between inner-wall (1.5mm stainless steel plate) and outer-wall (1.5 mm cold rolled plate ). In order to reduce heat channel and ensure thermal expansivity , all plates inside and outside are not sealed.
This system, mainly containing dehumidifying fan and tube,gets rid of the wet volatilized since levelling and while heating from the coating layer , to reach the best coating surface.
Hot Blast Air Generating and Circulating Systems :
There are two sets of this kinds of systems. One is for pre-heating by the way of electric heating and the other is for curing by the way of gas-heating. Both adopts air blowers to achieve heat exchange between the furnace and the burners.
Circulating fans and tubes are mainly designed for the Hot Blast Air Circulating Systems. And the tubes are made of 2.0mm stainless steel.
Its function is to unload the parts coated from the mesh-belt of the furnace into the recycle case .

Electric Control System :
The touch Screen operation is adopted, so easyly you can control all the actions of the furnace, such as control the mesh-belt driving device,the speed regulating device, the Hot Blast Air Generating and Circulating Systems , the heating tempreture sensing,Wet-bleeding system and so on.
