JH-8003 Nano Ceramic agent
Suitable for the surface pretreatment of cold rolled,galvanized,aluminium,aluminium alloy,zinc-aluminium alloy and steel substrates.
Introduction:JH-8003 nano-ceramics contains high performance silane and zirconium salts,which is suitable for the surface pretreatment of cold rolled,galvanized ,aluminium,aluminium alloy,zinc-aluminium alloy and steel substrates.This treatment agent can replace iron phosphating,zinc phosphating and chromizing treatment of metal parts.This product does not contain volatile substances.After treatment,it can enhance the adhension and corrosion resistance of metal surface coating,and has the effect of reducing costs and improving production efficiency.
Before adding this silane treatment agent,make sure that the tank is clean,free of residue,dirt or any other chemical residues,and check that the nozzle is not blocked and the angle is correct.The conductivity of deionized water for slotting should be less than 30μS/cm.
20~50kgs of JH-8003 ceramic agent should be added to every 1000 liters of tank volumn.
The working PH value of tank liquor is kept between 4.5~5.5
A pump should be used when adding this silane treatment agent to make it adding slowiy and evenly,and the PH value should be monitored at the same time.

(1)Degrease—— Two degreasing are suggested, if there is only one degreasing,you can increase the concentration of degreaser or increase the temperature or prolong the degreasing time to obtain a completely grease-free surface.Degreasers recommend phosphate-free products.(Our company has efficient phosphate-free degreaser.
(2)Wash with tap water—— wash throughly
(3)Deionized water wash——Conductive should be less than 200 μS/cm

(5)Deionized water wash——Conductive should be less than 30 μS/cm
(6)Drying——Dry or blow-dry in air from 70~150℃
Tank liquor control:
Tank liquor should be kept overflowing(normally 10% per week),the optimal tank filling method is by controlling the balance between active component and dirt to make it filling automatically and regularly.Overflow or regular discharge must be carried out before dipping process,in order to maintain the balance of tank liquor.The treated film must be completely dry before painting.No drying before electrophoresis.The PH value should be measured several times a day.Ph Meter with Fluoride lon stability(calibrated in PH 4~6.86) or precise PH test paper is required for measuring PH.
Conductivity:Measuring the conductivity of deionized water by calibrating conductivity meter.
PH value:Measuring conductivity of deionized water by calibrating conductivity meter(PH value between 3.8~4.5),it is recommended to use PH test paper for testing.
This chemical agent will produce a series of chroma variation range on the processed component,from colorless to brown or varying degrees of gold to blue.The color depends mainly on the inorganic content in the film and the substrate.
All equipment exposed to this chemical shall be made of stainless steel or fluoride-resistant rigid PVC or PE lined with lining, and cast iron tank shall not be used.
Attentions:Protective glasses,rubber gloves and protective clothes should be worn during operation.Avoid direct contact with eyes,skin,clothing and equipment.Seek for medical care if any accident.
Storage environment:The storage temperature should be around 5~45℃,give up using it if the product has 10% precipitation.

The tank liquor is acid and may require neutralization or wasterwater treatment before washing water or tank liquor is discharged into sewer.
