In view of the defects of poor corrosion resistance of galvanized parts and the lack of acid and alkali resistance of coatings, we have developed JH-9028 baking type top coatings. It can improve the anti-corrosion performance of the whole coating, increase the salt spray time to more than 1000 hours, increase the hardness, acid and alkali resistance of the surface, and diversify the surface color.
The main ingredient is water-base inorganic silica , mixed with corrosion protection assistant.The product cost is low.

Instructions and attention:
Dip coating,Spray coating etc.
It should be stirred fully befor usage; distilled water or deionized water can be used to adjust viscosity ;Operating viscosity:30-60s.
When the environment humidity higher than 85%,can add certain industrial alcohol to adjust viscosity
Curing condition: 80℃/10min+140℃/30min
Cleaning appliance: running water can be used
Avoid acid substances, or polymerization and deterioration will happen.
This product can be used alone,the coated surface request oil free,dust free and dry,the better make pre-treatment of degreasing,derusting,and phosphating.
