Metal Pretreatment Chemicals is suitable for degreasing aluminum aluminum alloymagnesiummagnesium alloy work pieces in dipping and spray.
Metal Pretreatment Chemicals Introduction :
consist of weak acid, low foam surface active agent and zwitterion to avoid corrosion and acid fog.
Bath solution compound: Put cold water into the tank till three-quarter with appropriate degreasing agent, then stirring, after, add sufficient water till working level, after, heat bath solution till operating temperature.
Control parameter: compound concentration: 40-80kg/1000l
Outlook: colorless to yellowish
Free acid: 20-40

Dipping time: 5-10minutes

Test method: free acid:
1. pipet 10ml sample to conical beaker,
2. drip 3-4driping bromphenol indicator,
3. drip 0.1n NAOH into the solution, stop when yellow change to blue.
4. the consumption of NAOH is the free acid.
Density: test sample with gravimeter in 25 degree
Bath solution control: need to add6kg/1000l if free acid increase 1 point.
Could be drained in regular time
Reserve requirement:
Reserve in dry shady and cool place to avoid sunshine.

Effluent disposal: Should observe chemical products disposal rules.
