Junhe Brake Disc Coating Liquid

 
JUNHE® 310G Waterborne Zinc-Based Coating Liquid for Metal Corrosion Protection is a chromium-free coating solution. Developed to meet the corrosion protection requirements of brake discs in the automotive industry, it is designed for high-frequency induction heating applications. Adopting advanced technical formulations and high-quality imported raw materials (Patent No.: ZL2003101061714), this product contains no toxic heavy metals such as chromium, mercury, lead, or cadmium. It improves production efficiency, saves energy consumption, enables intelligent operation, and reduces labor requirements.
 

1. Product Overview

 
This coating liquid consists of three components: A, B, and C.
 
  • Component A: A silver-gray paste mainly composed of ultra-fine flake zinc, aluminum, and water-soluble organic additives.
  • Component B: An additive component of the coating liquid, which is an aqueous solution formulated with corrosion inhibitors, special regulators, and other functional additives.
  • Component C: A thickening component of the coating liquid, mainly a white to yellowish powder of cellulose-based materials.

  • Eco-friendly and chromium-free, with excellent leveling property, fine surface finish and no hydrogen embrittlement.
  • Only 7.5–10 seconds of heating per cycle by high-frequency induction heating.
  • Passes the cross-cut test in accordance with GB/T 9286-1998, reaching Grade 0.
  • Heat resistant up to 300–400 °C with stable salt spray performance at high temperatures.
  • The product provides outstanding corrosion resistance in salt spray test: 240 hours with one coat and one cure.
  • Complies with EU RoHS and REACH regulations.
  • Meets Volkswagen standard TL 193-2012-12.
