JH-1209 Spray cleaning agent
Suitable for spray cleaning of iron, stainless steel, aluminum and alloy.
Brief introduction:
The JH-1209 cleaning agent has excellent cleaning effect at low alkalinity condition. This cleaning agent has low alkalinity,no corrosion to the component, low foam and can maintain extremely low foam or even no bubbles at above 35℃.Components with heavy oil pollution should be used with alkaline degreasing additives.
Tank liquor configuration:
Add three quarters of cold water and proper amount of chemical into the working tank, mix and circulate evenly. Then add enough water to raise the water level to working level, then heat to the working temperature.
Parameter control:
Configuration concentration:Add 30~80kg of JH-1209 to every1000 liters of tank liquor.
PH value: 11~12
Free alkalinity 1.5~4
Spraying pressure 0.8~2.0bar
Tank liquor temperature 35~70℃
Spraying time 120~180 seconds
The above parameters are working index which are theoretical data and can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Testing method:
PH value:After calibrating the PH meter, use it to measure the PH value of the solution or use the PH test paper to test it.
Free alkali:The sample was transferred into a 250ml conical keaker with a pipette and 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein wee added. The sample was titrated with 0.1n hydrochloric acid solution until the pink color disappeared. The number of ml of 0.1n hydrochloric acid solution consumed was the number of free base points.
Storage requirement:
This product should be stored in a dry and cool place to avoid direct sunlight.
Quality guarantee period:
1 year
Package:
25kg/drum,200kg/drum
Waste water treatment:
Regulations for the treatment and disposal of chemicals should be understood and followed.
