Product introduction:

This water-based neutral rust inhibitor is a phosphorus-free,chromium-free and sodium nitritr-free rust inhibitor developed by our company.It is an excellent environment-friendly passivation and rust inhibitor for iron and steel parts and aluminium alloys,The anti-rust film in not only have good rust resistence,but also has excellent adhension with various primers,power coatings and electrophoretic paints.It can be widely used in spraying or soaking silane and pottery production line.

Tank liquor preparation:

Add three quarters of cold water and proper amount of chemicals into the working tank,mix and circulate evenly.Add enough water to raise the water lever to working level.

Parameter control:

Preparation concentration:Add 20~50kg JH-5216 to every 1000 liters of tank liquor.

PH value 5~7

Processing time 60~120 seconds

The above parameters are working liquor index,which are theoretical data and can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Test method:

PH value: After calibrating the PH meter,use it to measure the PH value of the solution or use the PH test paper to test it.

Storage requirement:

This product should be stored in dry and cool place to avoid direct sunlight.
