Solvent Based Alkaline Degreasing Chemicals / Aluminium Cleaning Solution
Advantage
ü It has the advantages of both solvent-based and water-based cleaners.
ü It is used to clean the red glue and solder paste residue of SMT printing stencil. It is especially effective for water-based cleaning.
ü It has strong solubility to red glue, which can shorten the cleaning time, reduce the cleaning cost and improve the cleaning efficiency.
ü Deionized water is used as a solvent, safe to use, and no additional explosion protection measures are required.
ü Mild formula, neutral pH, excellent material compatibility for sensitive metals, stencils, stretch adhesives, plastics, etc.
ü It does not contain VOC components and fully meets the relevant regulatory requirements for VOC emissions.

Alkaline Degreasing Chemicals Application
Alkaline Degreasing Chemicals is a kind of degreasing agent with strong degreasing power for steelalluminiumzinccoppermagnesium work pieces in dipping and spray way. JH1251 is week base and free from phosphor.
Bath solution compound: Put cold water into the tank till three-quarter with appropriate degreasing agent, then stirring, after, add sufficient water till working level, after, heat bath solution till operating temperature.

bath solution control: need to add 0.8kg/1000l when free alkali increase 0.1 point. The TFR will increase together with the Total alkali, and we could detect the pollution according to TFR.
Max TFR will be different according to the different workpiecessolid impurity and temperature. We could drain the bath solution regularly in continuous flow or automatic flow to maintain the TFR lower than MAX TFR.
Reserve requirement:
Reserve in dry shady and cool place to avoid sunshine.
Period of validity: one year
Package: 25kg/barrel, 200kg/barrel.
Effluent disposal: according to rules. Bath solution is week base, need to be neutralized and effluent disposal.
